Betazone:
Brand Revamp

(Description)

As Betazone grew in relevance and visibility, its identity struggled to keep pace.

Designed as a live space for sharing ideas across politics, science, the arts and culture, Betazone operates in highly dynamic environments — changing speakers, formats and audiences. Over time, the lack of a clear visual structure made the identity difficult to apply consistently across events, settings and media.

What was needed was not a new aesthetic, but a system. One capable of holding everything together, supporting the content without competing with it, and remaining flexible while still recognisable.

Our work focused on strengthening the existing identity and giving it structure. We developed a modular visual system inspired by the role of light in storytelling, designed to bring coherence, rhythm and presence to every application.

Alongside the system itself, we delivered a set of practical tools to support implementation — from stage graphics and event assets to digital materials, printed elements and social media templates — ensuring the identity could be applied confidently across contexts.

Andrea Posada Event Interaction Design Lead Betazone

The system gave the space a strong and recognisable identity without feeling heavy. Everything connected naturally across physical and digital touchpoints, and it worked consistently over time.
